JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Technical lead is responsible for full life cycle projects. .
§ Requirements analysis
§ ! ; & nbsp; Design

§ Performance analysis
§ Tuning and maintenance
Technical Requirements
§ 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in a broad ra! nge of technologies.§ At least 3 years of experience in Internet technologies including HTML, JavaScript, servlets & JSP.
§ Expertise in object oriented analysis and design concepts, and design patterns.
§ Outstanding programming experience in Java, hibernate, JSP, JavaScript, JDBC,
§ Proficiency in all J2EE technologies includi! ng servl ets, JSP, JSP custom tags, XML, EJB and JDBC.
§ Excellent skills in web development technologies like HTML and Javascript.
§ Solid implementation experience and knowledge of front end concepts like MVC.
§ Good experience with application servers like Weblogic and JBoss.
§ Prog! ramming experience in SQL desirable.
General Requirements
Ø Must have experience with full life cycle projects.
Ø Requirements analysis, design, development, performance analysis and tuning and maintenance experience required.
Ø Very strong communication skills.
EXPERIENCE:
Ø &nbs! p; Bachelor’s degree in com! puter sc ience / engineering / mathematics or technical discipline preferred.
Ø Excellent interpersonal and client services skills
Ø Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
QUALIFICATION: M.Sc, M Tech, MCA/PGDCA, BE/B.Tech, BSC, BCS.
